Data Controller. The agriai.it website and agriaist@gmail.com address are managed by the AgriAI project, in formation. The data controller is the project representative. Contact: agriaist@gmail.com.

Browsing. The site contains no forms, uses no cookies or browser storage tools, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and loads no third-party content. The site is hosted by an external provider (Vercel) which may log IP addresses and technical connection data for security and service operation (see https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy).

Email. If you write to us, we use your message data solely to reply to you (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and retain it for 12 months from the last communication, unless required for legal claims. Providing data is optional, but without an address we cannot reply. The mailbox is hosted by Google LLC, which processes data under its privacy policy and may transfer data outside the EEA with GDPR safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or disclose your data, nor make automated decisions.

Social Pages. For aggregate statistics on our social media page, we act as joint controllers with the platform (LinkedIn), which assumes primary obligations under its joint controller addendum (https://legal.linkedin.com/pages-joint-controller-addendum). If you message us via social media, we use messages only to reply, just like email.

Rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing (Art. 15-21 GDPR) by writing to agriaist@gmail.com, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.

Estimates and detections shown are demonstrative and for decision support; they may contain errors and do not replace certified laboratory analyses or professional evaluations.
